Prenatal Yoga Series Wednesday nights August 7th through to August 21st

Please join us Wednesday nights from 5:45 – 6:45 pm for our prenatal series on now through to August 21st.  Vichardeep will lead through these beautiful practices supporting you physically and emotionally during one of the most transformational times in life.

We encourage you to come to all the sessions ($45 HST inclusive for the remaining 3 weeks), or drop – in’s are welcome ($16 HST inclusive).
